This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our website and app.

This includes:

  • Password (securely stored using encryption)

    • Notes and progress tracking data

We do not collect or store credit card details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide and improve the Officer Ready service. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Provide access to your personalised dashboard and training tools
  • Track your progress and display performance results
  • Store your essays, transcripts, and scores for your own review
  • Enable community discussions within the forum
  • Manage subscriptions and payments through Stripe

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

Your data is securely stored through Supabase and Stripe, both of which use modern encryption and security standards. We take all reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

Some data may be processed or stored outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with UK GDPR.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal or accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Officer Ready uses limited cookies and browser storage to:

  • Keep you logged in between sessions

  • Collect anonymous usage data to improve the platform

We set analytics cookies through our analytics provider, PostHog, only after you explicitly opt in through the on-screen consent banner. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie Settings” control shown on every page. These cookies collect anonymised usage statistics (page views, feature usage) to help us understand how Officer Ready is used. We do not capture keystrokes, screen recordings, or session replays.
