Welcome to Officer Ready (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the Officer Ready platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. About Us

Officer Ready provides digital training tools for candidates preparing for the Army Officer Selection Board (AOSB). We operate in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at tom@officerreadyapp.com.

2. Description of Service

Officer Ready provides a structured online training platform that includes learning modules, exercises, essay practice, feedback tools, and community discussions. Access is sold as a one-off payment covering a fixed period. The inclusions, payment terms and refund terms are set out in the sections below.

3. Platform Plans: Countdown, Complete & Committed

The following terms govern payments for access to the Service:

  • All payments are securely processed by Stripe.
  • Access to the Service is provided through a one-off payment, as specified at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds are available within seven (7) days of purchase if you have completed fewer than 10 sessions on the platform.
  • To request a refund, email tom@officerreadyapp.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • After seven days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • The refund guarantee is offered once per person. If Officer Ready has previously issued you a refund, on this account or any other account you hold, later purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Session counts are assessed per person, not per account. Creating a new account to reset your session count or to claim a second refund is not permitted, and we may refuse a refund where we reasonably believe this has happened.

4. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree that you will:

  • Use the platform only for your own personal preparation for AOSB.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
  • Not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content, exercises, or materials from the Service.
  • Not upload or share any unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content in the forum or elsewhere on the platform.
  • Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User-Generated Content and Forum Conduct

You are responsible for any content you post within the Service, including in the forum. We do not actively monitor all user content but may remove posts that are unlawful, inappropriate, or violate these Terms. We are not responsible for the content of user submissions or for any harm arising from their use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, and software on the Officer Ready platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, exercises, AI tools, and design elements — remain the exclusive property of Officer Ready. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal preparation purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

Any AI-generated responses or materials provided through the platform are offered for informational purposes only and do not constitute official or guaranteed advice.

7. Disclaimer

Officer Ready provides structured tools, guidance, and resources to help you prepare for the Army Officer Selection Board. We do not guarantee selection, qualification, or any particular outcome. Performance results depend on individual preparation and factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Officer Ready shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; or
  • Any loss of data, income, or opportunity arising from use or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall Officer Ready’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Service is reliable and secure but do not warrant that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

  • You breach these Terms or our Privacy Policy;
  • You misuse the Service or engage in inappropriate conduct; or
  • Required by law or to protect the integrity of the platform.

If your account is terminated, any remaining paid access period will not be refunded except where required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease.

10. Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your information. By using the Service, you also agree to the terms of that policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
